G.W. Murphy, Inc. was formed over 30 years ago with the primary focus of selling factory seconds roofing material. While the company has grown over the years, our focus remains the same. The majority of our sales relate to the distribution of commercial and residential factory seconds to both retail and wholesale customers. We purchase products from most major roofing manufacturers, which are brought into our facilities and then resold as “generic” factory seconds. We have dealt with most roofing manufacturers and have processed over 10,000 truckloads of surplus and salvage roofing products over the last ten years alone. The sales of these products help manufacturers recover some of the cost that would have otherwise been lost, and help reduce shipping and disposal cost.
